Founded by two dedicated and experienced healthcare professionals, Mary Black and Michele Hall, we bring over 40 years of combined expertise in nursing, management, and caregiving. Our passion for caring for others stems from a deep belief that healthcare is not just a profession but a ministry of service.
Mary Black, ASN: Co-Founder & Nurse Leader
With over 30 years of nursing experience, Mary Black’s career has spanned from hands-on bedside care to nurse management. Mary’s passion for caring for others is deeply rooted in her Christian faith, viewing her role as a ministry of love, compassion, and support. From providing emotional care to patients and their families to mentoring healthcare staff, her philosophy is simple: treat others the way you’d want your family to be treated. Mary’s dedication to nursing and the wellbeing of those she serves inspired the creation of M&M Caring Hands. She believes that healthcare should not only meet physical needs but also nurture the emotional and spiritual well-being of every client. Under her leadership, M&M Caring Hands is a place where kindness, dignity, and personalized care are always at the forefront.
Michele Hall, BSN, FNP-BC: Co-Founder & Family Nurse Practitioner
Michele Hall brings over 14 years of nursing experience and a deep passion for patient advocacy to M&M Caring Hands. As a Family Nurse Practitioner, Michele’s focus is on providing holistic care to her clients, ensuring they receive both the medical attention and emotional support they need. Michele believes that every client deserves to have a voice in their care plan and makes it her mission to advocate fiercely for their needs. Her blend of compassion and expertise allows her to empower patients and their families with the information and care they need to make informed decisions. Michele’s commitment to advocacy and her dedication to improving patient outcomes have made her an invaluable leader and partner in the M&M Caring Hands mission.
Together, Mary and Michele strive to make M&M Caring Hands a beacon of compassionate, high-quality care for the community.
