M&M Caring Hands

Our story

We spent thirty years at the bedside. We could never stop worrying about what happened next.

M&M Caring Hands was born from two nurses who cared for seniors through the hardest moments, in hospitals and in homes, and refused to accept that going home should mean going without help.

Why we do this differently

We have watched daughters carry a guilt they never deserved.

We have watched sons try to manage a crisis from three hours away.

We have watched seniors treated like a diagnosis instead of a life.

That is exactly why we built something different.

Moments that became our standard

Two nurses, one promise

A caregiver sitting with an elderly man at home

Mary

Mary once cared for a man who apologized every single time he needed help standing up.

She made sure he understood that needing a hand never cost him an ounce of his dignity. That became our standard: care that protects pride, not only safety.

Michele

Michele once sat with a woman whose closest family lived a thousand miles away.

She became the steady daily presence that family could not be, and the eyes that caught small changes before they turned into emergencies. Today every M&M caregiver carries that same watchfulness.

We do not see clients. We see someone’s mom. We see someone’s dad.

Families come to us needing someone clinical enough to guide them and warm enough to care like one of their own. We try to be both, every single day.

What we stand for

That first promise never changed. Today it lives in four beliefs behind every plan we write and every caregiver we send.

Dignity first

Aging is not a problem to be managed. We protect independence, privacy, and pride in every visit and every conversation.

Nurse-led safety

A nurse builds and watches over every plan, so your family gets real clinical judgment instead of guesswork.

Honest partnership

We tell you the truth and never sell fear. If your loved one needs less care, we will be the first to say so.

Home, always

People heal, settle, and feel most like themselves at home. Our whole job is to make staying there possible.

Meet the founders

Clinical enough to guide you. Warm enough to feel like family.

Mary Black and Michele Hall built M&M Caring Hands after nearly thirty years in nursing between them, a nurse practitioner and a registered nurse who had seen the same gap from every angle.

They kept the promise they had made at the bedside for decades, and they made it the foundation of everything here: treat every person like family, and never send anyone home to face it alone.
